Is there a way to create a print file for a whole bunch of inquiries
without having to go in each time and give each one a name? What
I would like to do is to create one file (all my inquiries fall
into one file) and then just have to file transfer that one file.

Barbara, Sorry. No. I looked in RALLY for an answer to this, and there doesn't seem to be any functionality to support your request. However, since you are not the first person asking for this functionality, I think we should plan to accomodate it in the menu (since we have no control over RALLY) interface. What I am thinking of is to create multiple files (perhaps using the same name.extension) and the transfer function of the menu picking them up, and either transporting the whole block, or appending the block of files into one file, and transporting the one file.
