51.1September Ship Plan Quantities IncorrectCINEMX::COPUSER78Tom MalomoMon Oct 17 1988 16:287
    Barbara, at the time you your inquiry on the VAX, the Ship Plan
    pass for September was incorrect. We discovered this on Thursday 10/13
    and are in the process of correcting it. Please read the Message of
    the Day (MOD) each day - we will post a message when the September
    Ship Plan is ready. When this happens, please do your VAX inquiry
    again. If you have any questions please give me a call - Tom Malomo,
    DTN 269-2411.
51.2Missing Ship Plans (?)BTO::TIBBITSThu Oct 20 1988 11:5917
    Perhaps that would explain why I found the ship plan for the 82XX
    by using PS4 on 10/12, but can't find it today?! Although the MOD
    says that the new ship plans were available 10/18, I've had little
    luck pulling them today. I've been using PS4 and looking for the
    aggregates: 82XX, 83XX, 85XX, 8800, 8810, Aquarius, Aridus and
    PSTAR. The screen comes up with all zeros. I did find info for the
    86XX and CIX64.

    Is this a ship plan problem or am I doing something wrong? I've
    been using the following parameters:
    	Pass Date: Sep-1988 Desired Plan: S
        Month/Qtr: Q as well as F	Option/Planning Group/Rev/Area:
    	Level:	   TD				Default
        Units/$:   U

    Regards,
    Vicki
51.3Use "FA" instead of "TD" for CPU AGGsSHOTIM::COPUSER78Tom MalomoThu Oct 20 1988 14:365
    Vicki, the problem is with the "level" code you entered on the VAX.
    For CIX64 you should use "TD" as the level. For all the others,
    you must use "FA". I used "FA" for 82XX and got the same quantities
    as on the DEC-10 - i.e. Sept=55,Oct=49,Nov-48 etc. If you have any
    more problems let me know.
51.4I'M STILL CONFUSED!CINEMX::LEAFBARBARA LEAF DTN 266-4398Fri Oct 21 1988 15:357
    I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND WHEN TO USE FA VERSUS TD FOR THE AGGREGATE
    WHEN PULLING SHIP PLANS. I WENT INTO AGGREGATE EXPLOSION TO SEE
    WHETHER IT IS DESIGNATED UNDER "MEMBER AGGREGRATE LEVEL" IS THIS
    THE RIGHT PLACE TO LOOK?

    IF INDEED TD EQUALS THE SUM OF EM AND FA, WHY WOULDN'T TD WORK FOR
    THE AGGREGATES ASSUMING THAT EM = 0 AND FA = 1 ?  I'M CONFUSED!
