    When will the file transfer capability be ready?
    Also, will the file format be the same as it was in the old system.

Dan,

File Transfer is scheduled to be ready for Release 1.15 which is scheduled
for Oct 17. File Transfer will be in the same format as old Copis. Our
objective is that downline users dont have to make changes.
