I just accessed the PS3 screen to request an aggregate ship plan
of the RRD40. The response I am getting is "a null value was found
where a date was expected". What does this statement mean?!? I was
able to extract information, but off of the copis 10 system.

There was a problem with the ship plan data for aggregates. There
had been a discrepancy discovered during QA. If you try to use
the screen again, you should have no more problems.

I made a mistake. Your question concerned the screen operation.
The fact that there was a data problem for September had nothing
to do with your problem. In any case, your problem has been corrected.
Just as a reminder, if you execute a query and want to issue a
second one, MAKE SURE TO USE THE SET QUERY KEY TO CLEAR YOUR SCREEN
AND RESET THE TERMINAL INTO QUERY MODE.
