Several individuals have asked that the mneumonic code (ie. PA1,
PA2) be added to the screen title itself. One reason for request
is to make identifying the screen easier when in a screen for bug
reporting problems. Anothe reason given was that once a screen
is printed out and the hardcopy referred to later, returning to
that screen based on the hardcopy would be easier using mneumonic
without having to refer to menu to see which mneumonic refers to
which screen title.

As soon as the mneumonic codes are 'frozen', they will be
added to the upper left hand corner of all screens.
