I'd like to request this as it is another value-added to extracting information.The intent is for utilizing critical parts to their fullest extent in dealing with customer satisfaction issues.

Richard, Thank you for your suggestion to have COPIS provide penetration rate information. However, currently COPIS project resources are dedicated to completing already committed to deliverables for Phase 1 of the COPIS Migration Project. This Phase will conclude with the "turning-off" of the DEC-10 and complete Migration to the VAX. At that point, requests for additional functionality or enhancements will be analyzed, prioritized, and scheduled for future COPIS release(s). As part of that process, someone may contact you for additional details on your request.
