    Gidday,
    
    when using TPAS_DEMOSITE.cob we get, whatever Part No we choose,
    
    %APPIX-F-PARTNOF, Part Id requested is not on file
    and
    %APPIX-W-PPCSERRWARN, Error while PPCS transaction
    
    does this indicate the parts we picked do really not exist
    in TPAS
    OR
    is PPCS not set up correctly.
    
    Please let me know if anybody has experienced a similar situation...

Rocco,

Sorry haven't answered sooner.  I have been swamped.  The error sounds
like a PPCS error. Send the part number to me so I can ensure it is on
APPIX. Once that is established I can get the correct support people 
to work with you to ensure that PPCS is installed correctly.
