Lois,

We defined a program to report the TPAS audit trail file. By using this report
during the user test we noticed that there is a mismatch between the MLP
discount in the audit trail and the MLP discount which the TPAS logic module
returns. I checked the TPAS database, and it seemed that the TPAS call returns
the correct discount value as stored in the discount table of the TPAS
database. 

However the discount stored in the TPAS audit trail file was not correct.
The MLP discount % of .47 is stored as 4F (= .46) and the rebilling discount %
of .06 is stored as 0E (= .05).

I used the TPAS demosite program to create the following output :
