Subj: TPAS Install Sites - I need to know you current RDB and ACMS platforms
The ACADMY Cluster is finally starting to update it's antiquated software
platform. We are starting the testing of all the ACADMY software for PASE 1.2
(in Europe that translates to DECstep 6). Once all the software has been
certified the cluster will be upgraded.
This means that for the TPAS Logic users:
RDB will be upgraded from V4 to V6
COBOL V4 to V5
DECforms remains at V1.4
For the TPAS Inquiry users:
ACMS Remote will be upgrade from 3.2 to 3.3
COBOL V4 to V5
DECforms remains at V1.4
As software is usually downward compatible, I have been able to support all
of you (mostly). As we move to the updated releases of software some of you
may not be there yet. I need to know from you, as soon as possible, what level
software you are on. And if you are not on the higher versions, when your
cluster is planning to upgrade.
