68.1 | Same functionality as TPAS V1 V2 | AWARD::MAGNI | Lois, 237-5548 | Mon Feb 13 1995 10:38 | 9 |
| Rinus,
When the PRICING_CODE is 'F', then the transfer is within the tax area
(usually the same facility). So the transfer price is standard cost. We do
not do anything with currency so we don't get it. This is the same
functionality found in TPAS V1 and V2. Is there a reason why you need
currency now ?

68.2 | Will be solved locally | ELIS::RJANSEN | | Wed Feb 15 1995 04:36 | 9 |
| Lois,
Of course I know the currency if TPAS returns PRICING_CODE 'F', but I
think that if TPAS returns a transfer price > zero it should always
return the currency as well.
However, it is no problem to solve this issue locally.

68.3 | why do you need the exchange rate | AWARD::MAGNI | Lois, 237-5548 | Wed Feb 15 1995 09:50 | 6 |

Glad you guys can solve it. Can I ask why you need the currency exchange
rate for internal transfers ?

68.4 | currency exchange rate for internal transfers | ELIS::RJANSEN | | Fri Mar 10 1995 03:41 | 8 |
| Lois,
All transactions are stored in a financial transaction file and should
hold all financial data to be able to report these transactions.
Even if the currency exchange rate is not needed for internal transfers
it is needed to make the data set complete for reporting purpose.
