	Now that you have all installed TPAS V1 in your sites I would like 
        some feedback from you. I would like to know:

		1) Time required for installation
		    Example: 
                          JGO:  350 IM&T man days  100 Business man days
                          AYO:  100 IM&T man days   60 Business man days

 		2) Any VMSInstal problems
		    Example: Duplicate renames 

		3) Any IM&T implementation problems
		    Example: Problems with Rights IDs
			     Unforeseen month end disconnects

		4) Any Business implementation problems
		    Example: Problems with ship from / ship to data


	If you could post these as replies so that we can all learn 
	and I can correct any problems now. Also to share our experiences 
	with the sales subsidiaries, as they will be coming up for TPAS II.
