How Kanata handle discount percentage for returns by Leslie Mclean @KAO

All returns/redistribution are shipped out of a unique G.L
account. When TPAS is called for shipments out of this unique
account, the site to and site from codes will be reversed so that
the transfer price (ie. discount) will be based on the original
purchase price, or at least the MTP that would be calculated should the
part be shipped to Kanata at that day. This is consistant with how
Kanata prices returns today using our cost control table.
E.g When Kanata returns material to the US, the transfer price
will use the discount in place for USA to KAO
