    This notes conference is very timely.  Thank you for posting it.
    
    I was just in the midst of providing a service plan to Canada.
    
    Does the wrap plug come with the IET11 or does Logistics need to stock

	The Wrap-back plug does not come with the IET11.
	Customer Service can use it to run the diagnostic
	(IBDIAG) for one IET11. IBDIAG comes with the IET11,
	but it is not explained in the IET11 manuals.
	For IBDIAG Instructions see note 3.0.
