    We have a customer who is using running VAXELN 4.5 on a KAV30.  When
    there is a machine check or a bugcheck, the system will wait for you to
    press the carriage return and then dump out the registers.  This
    customer does not want the system to do that.  IN case of a crash, he
    just wants the system to continue printing the information to conssole
    and then halt.  
    
    What does it take to do this?
