  BTW why do you want the address ? Are you intending to write your own 
  RTC routines ?

    Hi,
    
    I do have the same comment as John: since you can use the RTC only
    through KAV$RTC calls, why would you need the physical address ? (does
    not give you anything since this is a complex chip with lots of
    register and you need  a fairly complex piece of sw to 'drive' it...)
