Hello, Not sure who the best person to contact on this is, but this is a good place to start. A field rep gave us a call. A customer of his wanted to exchange their current KAV30 for an updated KAV30. So the field rep looked up the logistics part number. He saw the following prices: part number 30-35539-04 (16 Mbyte option with SCSI) onsite exchange: $12142 service center exchange: $675 He then looked up to find the STD price (our cost?) $2797 This field rep wants to do what's right for both Digital and the customer. Something obviously is wrong in this pricing though if the customer can simply drive the board down to the service center and get a $11467.00 discount. Plus Digital loses money on the deal since its cost is $2797. Any thoughts or suggestions where one can obtain a definitive answer on this? Thanks, Alan

Hi Alan, we have now influence on the pricing in the States (either service or new modules..). I suggest you contact Al Gotz at MVDS00::GOETZ, he is loacted in MKO and is the 'link' between engineering and service for the upcoming SBC's, he might be able to help you with your problem (or at least point you to the right person...)
