We have a customer who needs to upgrade his KAV30 EPROMS from
23-156E8-00.A02/23-157E8-00.A02 to 23-156E8-00.A03/23-157E8-00.A03.
Their Field service told them that those EPORMS are not available in
the U.S. Is it true? Who should the customer or Field service
contact to get the new EPROMS?

It looks like there is a problem in getting the last revision into the US databases... don't understand why... We went through this a long time ago, you (or any other field service person) can get the EPROM's via the Nijmwegen distribution center, I'll dig out the correct info (maybe it's somewhere in this conference as well...
