Hi Thomas, It is not possible to run asynchronous DECnet on one the KAV30 serial ports, VAXELN does not support asynchronous DECnet. Graham
64.2 | OK, and what about normal DDCMP ? | VNASWS::THOMASW | Tue Sep 15 1992 10:13 | 7
Hello ! OK, if the real asynchronous DECnet doesn't work what about the DDCMP driver from VAXELN ? Regards Thomas Wintersperger, Austria

Hi Thomas, It's not a case that Asynchronous DECnet does not work, it hasn't been implemented under VAXELN. DDCMP support is built into the VAXELN serial line drivers, SCNDRIVER (rtVAX 300 console/serial line driver) contains DDCMP support. Graham |
