60.0. "Arbitration failure in multi-master applications" by GOBANG::LEMMER () Mon Jul 20 1992 12:53

	In a multi-master configuration (that is, several cpu's like KAV30 or
	others on the VMEbus compete about bus mastership) and at high
	temperature (> 45C ) without forced cooling (which is not
	recommended!) on some modules the arbitration logic may fail.

	This could cause the application to hang or crash. By analyzing
	the VMEbus with a logic analyzer strange behaviour on the
	BGIN/BGOUT lines can be observed. This is caused by meta-stability
	of the arbitration logic.

	To prevent this the PAL was changed, the fix is implemented on
	Rev A04 and B02 of all module 'flavours'. For details of the
	ECO see note 8.x.
