	We are now experiencing an increased interest and usage of Euclid
	in the Digital design community and should think about establishing 
	a communications vehicle between organizations and Matra.

	We believe it may be time to establish a Digital Euclid users
	group . We would plan to have monthly meetings in the Massachusetts
	area with the participation of Matra.

	We would hope to provide a forum to to discuss problems and
	work-arounds found  , techniques users have developed to speed design ,
	to demonstrate actual usage in Digital designs that could not be shown
	at Matra users meetings do to their proprietary nature ,a place for
	Matra to present their plans for future releases and to accept inputs 
	for product enhancements.

	Any one interested on being a Euclid user distribution  list
	place send a note to Lando::Barker and indicate if you would
	plan to attend a monthly meeting so we can size the room required.

	Our plan for the first meeting would be to have Matra present
	their plans for the P1 and P2 releases and a general over view
	of plans for Topgun . Much of this information was presented at
	the recent user group meeting .This information would be under strict 
	nondisclosure.
	
	We would also like to accept inputs for future meeting agendas.
