MRMEMO is no longer officially supported by us or anyone else. We don't receive any funds for maintaining it, so there's no way we can allocate resources for it. If we receive support calls in Notes or by mail we might help if the task is relatively simple and we happen to have some time to spare (a rare combination). If the task is more complicated we have been known to help for a fee (cross-charging the sales account). The above goes for existing MRMEMO customers.
