    When starting MRMEMO during the SYSTARTUP on our system, we always get
    the error message :
    
      $ mcr mrmman start 1
      %MRMEMO-I-STARTING, status from server process creation is:
      %RUN-S-PROC_ID, identification of created process is 20400175
      %SYSTEM-F-FILNOTACC, file not accessed on channel
    
    Once the SYSTARTUP is finished, we can start the MEMO gateway as well
    interactively as in batch without getting this error message.
    
    The sequence we use during the SYSTARTUP has nothing very spectacular :
    a batch procedure runs and - starts the mailbus (ms,dds,ts,mrg,er) ->OK
                               - starts ALL-IN-1                       ->OK
                               - starts SNALU0                         ->OK
                               - starts MRMEMO -> described problem.
    
    I'm afraid I have not much more informations to provide to help you
    diagnose the problem ( the system running the gateway is seldom stopped
     and I've got this call after the last boot ), but maybe do you know by
    experience what could produce this ?

    The Engineering Team is currently on training and I just had a quick
    look-in, so I'll have to be brief:
    
    This is something that we recently discovered (the MRMMAN
    START command can't be used in a Batch procedure). It will be fixed for
    Version 2.1.
