    I have a customer in Australia who is visiting the U.S. over the next
    month and would very much like to visit a reference site who are using
    ALL-IN-1, Memo and MR-Memo.  Do we have any reference sites in the U.S? 
    Does anyone know the name of the product manager in the U.S. that I
    could send mail to?

	Hi, For the US market please contact the program Mgr.for the Corporate ASSET Library CARTUN::ARMISTEAD or the Eur. Mgr. _CESARE::A_DEMICHELIS. There is no PM for MR/MEMO in US. 	Jan, I seem to have come to a dead end with trying to get an answer from anyone you have suggested. The only person who answered me was ARMISTEAD who didn't know of anyone in the U.S. using MRMEMO and ALL-IN-1 but did suggest contacting the sales rep. at Merdcedes Benz. I have on several occassions and he/she does not respond. I never heard from A_DEMICHELIS after sending 2 messages. Can you or anyone else out there suggest a European reference site that my customer can call? They would have to speak English. I did send you mail about this but I didn't hear from you. I would appreciate anyone's help here. This is getting to be extremely urgent and I cannot sell the product without a reference site. Thanks in advance, Nicole.

	Hi Nicole, have you already tried with the OFFICE/PUBLISHING ASSETS Library in Charlotte, NC? I don't know for sure if they officially entered MR/MEMO in the Library, yet, nevertheless I'll forward this to the Library Maintainer, ... just in case. 	Re: .3 Thanks for your suggestions. I would really like to try and source a European reference site as well. Is Volvo one that we can use? The requirements are that they are using ALL-IN-1 and MRMEMO and that they have someone who can speak to my customer in English. Can you help me here? Thanks and Regards, Nicole.

	Nicole, No Volvo don't use MR/MEMO and ALL-IN-1 (in Sweden). Most of the German customers are using MR/MEMO and ALL-IN-1. (ABB, Volkswagen, Bosch...)
