Hello, We have a project in france with the customer "SAINT GOBAIN" for interconnecting MEMO on IBM and the gateway MR-MEMO V2.03 on VAX. The customer needs use the gateway MR-X400 to send mail and FAX from MEMO, to the ATLAS 400 network. There is no problem for mail , but it does not work for FAX The VAX and the IBM go to loop. The X400 address on MEMO is : to : vaxname.X121=2001xxxxxxxx..ATLAS_MB xxxxxxxx = TEL number for FAX Have you a solution? Thanks, Thierry

Yes, the problem has been reported to us recently by another French
Field Consultant, Christine LYOIS1::HAMEL. We are currently working on
a solution ion association with her. The problem is rather complex
though, and you cannot foresee any patches to fix it for the current
version, nor will upgrade to V2.0A solve your particular problem.
You are probably going to wait until V2.1 is available. If you drop a
line to the product manager Jan STKHUV::PLARS (or Jan Plars @SOO) you
can apply for your customer to be an official Field Test site. EFT
starts by mid-June approx. If you choose to wait for the proper product
release it's in the Q191 timeframe.
In addition to MRMEMO V2.1, you will need a patch to MRX, at least this
is what Christine told us.
