In case anyone is still reading this conference...
The Boston Chapter of the STC is looking for judges for the upcoming STC Boston
Chapter Competition. Judging consists of reviewing a number of
books/documents,etc in a specific category, filling in the judging forms, then
attending the Concensus Judging Day on Nov. 23 in Andover. On Judging day, you
meet with two other judges who have reviewed the same material that you reviewed
and deciding who deserves one of those "coveted" STC Awards. This takes about
1/2 a day.
It's an interesting experience and not overly difficult to do. No experience is
needed.

a message for Ed Carbrey at 508-922-4138. (E-doc needs judges as well,
last I heard). "Be a judge, join the fun, see what other folks have
been up to this past year..."
