All topics apart from the introductory ones will be tagged either RESEARCH or
RESOURCE. They will also have at least one keyword that indicates the subject
area.
For example, suppose there is a registry entry describing the work someone is
doing on converting WordPerfect documents to a format suitable for Bookreader.
This would have keywords RESEARCH, TOOLS, PC, WORDPERFECT, BOOKREADER.
It would also be useful to the person's name to the resource list as someone
who has some knowledge of WordPerfect, so the RESOURCE keyword could also be
used.
