text (could be words, could be stray characters) prior to the <title>.
Document requires, because Bookreader requires, that the title be the
first text in a file or profile prepared for Bookreader output.
Check your profile and front matter files. Also check any /symbol files
to make certain that there no text being introduced early in the
processing.
(Yes, it's a shame that Document doesn't tell you about this until the
very end. Yes, it's been reported to the devos. No, there is no
commitment for a fix.)
