Automatic purge procedures, setting file and version limits, and other such methods are helpful in keeping disk usage to a minimum. Nevertheless, users ought to spend some time, monthly or so, reviewing the contents of their directories. Automated procedures can keep file growth under control, but won't necesarily track the 3700 block PostScript file that you copied and meant to delete. The Fileview can sort by size, allowing you to see the largest files first. |
