55.0. "Positioning Parts Pages in Books" by WORDY::SAHAGIAN () Wed Dec 26 1990 08:22

Question:

    I'm doing a book with 3 parts. I created one file for the part pages.
    When I do a bookbuild, how to include the part pages?

Answer:

    You must position the part pages exactly where you want them in the
    chapter book. Otherwise, your book build will not work correctly.

Question:

    Will the files with the part pages affect the numbers of the chapters
    or the names of the other parts? Yesterday I printed the file with the
    part pages, which I'll separate into 3 individual files, and the file
    printed as INDEX. Thanks for your help.

Answer:

    Nothing will be affected as long as the components in the Parts
    document are not the same as the components in the Chapter catalog.
    In other words, do not use the Space component or the # component.
