How do I adjust frame size?

1. Select the frame (frame will highlight)
2. Open the frame property sheet.
3. On the "format" part of the property sheet, under the heading "size"
are two subheadings "width" and "height"
4. To adjust the frame size such that it is no larger than the graphic
object inside, set the width and height to "contents"
