23.0. "Revision Bars" by LEAF::SAHAGIAN () Wed Mar 14 1990 08:47

Question:

How can I get revision bars out of my entire document all at once.

Answer:

You cannot get them out of your entire document. You can get them out of
each chapter by placing the cursor at the beginning of your chapter, using
the page properties sheet to "go to the last page," clicking the right
mouse button, pulling down the text properties menu and turning revision
bars off.

However, you may get a message saying something to the effect that a
catalog controls prefixes and Interleaf won't allow you to do this.

In that case, you must select groups of text that do not contain prefixes.
Then do the text with a prefix separately.

There is no setting that automatically turns revision bars on and off.
