There is a bug in version V1.2-A (our version) of Document that has a fix.
The bug is when you get an error:
[TAG T R A N S L A T I O N]...
SUBSTR selection error
In order to fix the bug, type the following *BEFORE* processing your file:
$ SET MESSAGE/FAC/SEV/IDENT/TEXT
