    Digital - 'Business Week' honors company for corporate advertising
            {Livewire, Worldwide News, 14-May-97}
       DIGITAL has just won an award from Business Week magazine for
    Excellence in
     Corporate Advertising.  The company was honored for its 1995-95
    "Future of
     Computing" campaign.
       The award was based on a reader survey of the most-read and
    best-remembered
     advertisements in Business Week, and was conducted by the well-known
    survey
     firm of Ropers Starch (LIVE WIRE, Jan. 7, 1997).
       DIGITAL has won this award in three of the last four years.  Other
    companies
     honored for outstanding advertising include Merrill Lynch, Sprint,
    Texas
     Instruments, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, and Amoco.
       Look for more information about this award in the May 5 issue of
    Business
     Week.
       For this year's "Straight Talk" campaign, DIGITAL recently won a
    Bronze Icon
     award for Best Radio Advertising from Marketing Computers magazine for
    the
     "Investment Protection" radio spot featuring Tom Ryan of the American
    Stock
     Exchange.  The Bronze Icon awards were judged by a panel of computer
    industry
     agency, editorial, and marketing executives.
    

    What is digital's main marketing strategy and push for now in
    Australia and the rest of the world.
    
    Those of us in the industry knwo digital has the best products 
    today, but the little guy in the street looking to buy a PC still
    says "Who is Digital?" .
                    
    

    Wouldn't it help to be a little more timely with these press
