This might help:
http://www.imc.das.dec.com/ccs/helpdesk.htm
or you might try the Exchange notesfile (CHEFS::MS_EXCHANGE)
to find a solution to your problem (whatever it is).

Placing a call to the CCS Help Desk is the most efficient way to get
your computing and telecommunications questions answered and your
problems fixed. CCS support personnel are required to fix problems in
their Help Desk queue before they may address any other customer
support issues. Queues are constantly monitored and daily meetings are
held to make sure problems are resolved as soon as possible. When a
call is placed to the Help Desk, there is often a wait before someone
is available to talk to you. The time spent waiting is usually less
than it would take to find someone to help you. The Help Desk is a
direct line to the CCS group that supports the area of your concern.
In place to handle your calls are regional Help Desks that maintain
databases for their area and links to other Help Desks. Currently,
there is also a Help Desk that primarily supports global business
production applications that reside on computer systems that are
physically located in New England. Below are the Help Desk telephone
numbers for end users of CCS services that are located in the Americas:

So, though well meaning, it is doubtful those numbers will be of any
use to them.

| The CCS 800 # is functional from anywhere in the continental
United States, and Canada also.
It dials quite nicely in all Six New England states, as well as
New York & New Jersey.
800-332-2468 routes geographically, routing to the regional CCS desk
depending on which state it is dialed from. And yes, it works in
Canada, routing to Kanata.
But the CCS web site is the way to go (as previously mentioned).
