VTX PAK has traditionally been restricted to North America -- don't
ask me why, this is something that the territorial organizations
would be better suited to answering...
VTX itself is scheduled to shut down in a little over a year or so.
(Some $500 per quarter charges are starting up, to "encourage" folks
to move off VTX...)

ISPAK exists for Europe, I just accessed it using keyword ISPAK!

5255.4 | Europe is also broken | NIXFIX::LOBSANG | A good bug is hard to find | Thu Apr 24 1997 16:05 | 9 |
| ISPAK in Europe also manifests the same behaviour mentioned in the base note.
I need to get a PAK for a product but when I select the option to request
a PAK in ISPAK I get the answer, "The information is not available" .
What the hell is going on ? Where do I get a PAK from ? What kind of a
fly-by-night outfit is this ? What a sorry state of affairs.

5255.5 | ISPAK is down, we are working on it | SHOGUN::PHILPOT | | Thu Apr 24 1997 20:26 | 14 |

ISPAK, the European implementation of VTX PAK, is down. We are
working the problem and hope to have the application back up soon.
In the meantime, if you have an urgent need for a PAK, please
send your request with your badge, cost center, site code, and LMF
name of the product you need to CISVAX::SYSTEMS_ENGINEERING. We
will do our best to generate the PAKs for you in a timely manner.
The US and AP implementations of VTX PAK are up and running.
