| Same thing happened to me - it started some time around Sunday.
At least about a 3rd of the notesfiles I have in my notebook behave
this way.
If fact, I tried a "write" and a "reply" (to the previous) last night
here, and I saw my own entries - however, not they don't seem to be
there...

| Oops... I didn't create a note here, but someplace else...
Nevertheless, I managed to enter .1 using Notes via DECnet on VMS, but I
still couldn't read anything here.
Access via TCP/IP (using Netnotes on my PC) seems to work fine.
I've tried VMS/DECnet access with and without notebook, on different nodes,
same problem.

| Don't know what happened - seems to work fine again.

| Agreed, it now seems to be working. Thanks to whoever fixed it.

| Accessing notesfile on HUMANE via DECnet has had problems with
aborted links for years. Never a problem using TCP/IP to
humane.mro.dec.com.

As many other conferences - but this time, it just dropped dead.

| There seems to be a router which has been having problems ever since some
lines were removed from the closing MKO facility.
The solution, I understand, has been to reboot it, until it breaks again.
Maybe as more data is collected on the problem, they'll figure out how
to prevent it rather then just boot around it.

| I do a lot of remote work between MKO and different systems in Europe.
There have been several recurring problems recently that seem to have
no solution.
In any case one of them was login requests to Europe systems that hung
after entering the password. The solution reported to me was to toggle
"the circuit state on all three network levels" for the ZKO to MRO
Easynet circuit. That seems to have fixed that problem, but I
continue to have other network problems with simple file copy requests
stalling, hung logins from Europe to MKO, and with the local
nameservers.
