    In the Q3 employee forum DVN broadcasted today, we heard John Rando
    talking about the growth of Digital Services that should lead it from
    24.000 people today to 40.000. He said DS is hiring in numerous sectors
    like Messaging, Internet, Intranet.. 
    
    Could you confirm this in your country/region ? In which organization (
    MCS, OMS, SI ) ? We don't really see such a trend here in France.

	We (NSIS, Munich) are desperately looking for Windows NT people, but as far as I know, only internally. Haven't heard anything about growth scenarios.

	In the US North East we are offered a cash prize for refering new employees. I think this is US wide for NSIS.

	For the US MMEC, we are agressively hiring architect level consultants across the US and Canada. In Q2 the target was 15 additional consultants with another 22 additions planned for Q3/Q4. 	Too bad Digital had to "let go" all of these "architect level consultants" (during the down-siszing days) to satisfy the perennial bean counters. Good luck trying to attract such talent.
