| Steve Lionel wrote that Sy Sackler encouraged me to contact him with
questions about my "rights as an employee". I sent Sackler several
questions more than a month ago.
I have received no response. This is more evidence of the regard
Digital gives to its statements.

| According to Steve Lionel, "Mr. Sackler encourages you to call him at
DTN 223-8568 if you have any questions about the letter you were sent
and your rights as an employee."
Well, I wrote instead of calling, and I never got a response. So I
wrote and asked if my understanding of this invitation were correct.
Monday, I received a response. It says my "rights" and
"responsibilities" are "spelled out" in "various Company documents" as
well as "various memos and conversations", and it says I do not
"require any special dedicated law department assistance."
Sackler's response doesn't answer my question about whether I correctly
understood the invitation, nor does it answer my earlier questions.
Somebody is not telling the truth. I have to wonder: Did Steve Lionel
lie? Did Sy Sackler lie? As has become usual, Digital is not
playing it straight with employees.
If they did not even tell the truth about an invitation to ask
questions, what else did they say that wasn't true?
