TZ877-AF (240v) has reached end of life but the TZ877-AE (120v) has 
not? We require a TZ877-af for a DRP implementation site running 
Open VMS v6.1  The TZ887 is not supported under this version of 
the operating system.  It is most distressing that we have received 
a mail saying that the entire order is being held back until this 
part number is changed ....no alternate was offered. i then called 
tech support in Scotland who have not yet come back to me with an 
alternate part number.


Any comments (pref on a workable solution! :-) )on this urgent issue will 
be appreciated.

    Order the 120V version.  Then convince Field Service to swap the power
    supplies or the drive itself since the drive will still be available
    through logistics channels.  The power supply is 29-28103-01 for the
    120V and -02 for the 240V.

    TZ877-AF are available, although listed as "maintenance" on the price
    file, contact your normal order admin for availability.
