    I HAVE A CUSTOMER ON LINE AND HE IS TRYING TO GET A LICENSE TO INSTALL
    
    I WAS TOLD HE DOES NOT NEED A LIC BUT HIS SYSTEMS IS TELLING HIM
    OTHERWISE.
