I'm gathering information for a contract opportunity with the US Air
Force and need some assistance.
The customer is interested in our recent past performance in these
items:
Developing (or assisting in the development of) Certification &
Accreditation guidelines and procedures. This would include C&A of
Autodin conections, security-related systems, other interfaces which
require C&A before the DoD lets them be turned on.
Recent past performance in planning, coordinating and conducting
risk analysies and related Security Test & Evaluations (ST&E).
Recent past performance assessing all aspects of security including
physical, administrative, computer, network, communications and
operations for measuring the risk of Automated Information System
security.
If anyone can cite examples to any of these activities, or provide
pointers to those who can, please get in touch with me!

Contact Fred Gipson@COP. His group does a lot of the Security
Consulting in the US. Plus they are part of the Federal team.
