    I just added a note to NOTED::IBMPC-95 asking for information
    on competitive practices related to manufacturing and marketing
    of computers.  Please go to this notes file (2716) to provide
    information on the following:
    
    1. Competitive practices of IBM/HP/Sun/Others... related to
       configuration of a computer to a customer order.
    
    2. Articles, Data, Contacts that could help me with my search
       for information.
    
    3. Any current information that would help me paint a picture of
       opportunities Digital has to gain some sort of competitive
       advantage in the workstation (and perhaps even PC) market
       related to manufacturing.
