department to look for any doping under its cover because the

| A Digital laptop also figured prominantly in a news section on cellular
telephone fraud. The news camera panned across a field of cellular
telephones (prosumably with intercepted access numbers programmed into
them). The backdrop was a number of Digital highnote laptop computers
(presumably used to do the programming).

last night. They tried to turn it on, but apparently someone had
