    The Northern California District has many [100% of my sales reps] folks
    not receiving the needed Cellular reports to fill out the personal call
    reimbursement forms.
    
    It is a mail router problem according to Chuck Stradford's office. 
    I first reported this 4 months ago.  My manager wanted to know why
    no-one was turning in their reimbursement forms.
    
    I reported it again 2 months ago and was told that they had determined
    the problem, but had not been able to get it fixed.
    
    Furthermore, TFSO'd and Attritioned employees cellular phones are
    currently still activated with the company paying the bills.  Can't
    seem to get any correction on this either.
    
    Any other territories experiencing the same issues?
    
    Who is our comptroller and how can we get this exposed at high enough a
    level to fix the problem.  It is rather disturbing to receive a message
    regarding saving .3 cents a call when this type of activity is going on
    with the cellular phone program.
    
    Can anyone help?

To determine who your Controller is:

Access VTX COCINFO

At the Main Menu: 

	select "Center of Control Inquiry"
	select "Use Work in Progress Database"
	enter your Cost Center number 
	PF1 enter
	Make note of your Subledger Number 
		(displayed as the "Lowest Orgnzn" field)
 	PF3 enter
	PF3 enter

At the Main Menu:	
	
	select "Corporate Organization Unit Inquiry"
	select "Use Work in Progress Database"
	In the "Organization" field, fill in your three digit Subledger Number 	
      		(the above mentioned "Lowest Orgnzn" code)
	PF1 enter

Your Controller's name will display in the "Controller" field.

But not for long... If you check note 4595.141, you will see that he resigns
as of tomorrow (28-Jun-96).

Or is he one of the quarters that are falling off the table?
