Where might I find a "Regional Manufacturing Manager" who might
help me expedite an order?
My group's secretary placed an order for a DWZZA-VA and a BN21H-02
with In-House DEC-direct last week. The ship date is June 25th.
Naturally I need these two items immediately. DEC-Direct tells
me the warehouse (in Colorado?) isn't accepting expedite requests
and that the only way I can proceed is to talk to the "Regional
Manufacturing Manager"
Suggestions?
Anyone want to loan me these items until my order ships?

I can loan these to you until your order arrives. You can ship back the
originals or the replacements. I have the DWZZA-VA in hand and I'm
pretty sure that I have the cables in my office. I can let you know on
Monday, I'm no longer in the office today, Friday.

I suspect that if this is not shipping to a customer site, then you are
SOL. Manufacturing shut down expedites awhile back as all they were
doing was expediting and not getting things shipped out like they
should have. You are lucky you have a June commitment. Given we are
in Q4 and there is HUGE pushes going on to getting things out the door
for revenue, I'd consider myself VERY lucky to have a June date. You
could easily have been sitting in August.
There is an expedite desk manned by people that are in place to
