The silence is loud. I'm in sales and this is the 4th quarter...last
month in fact. Management is not in my face ( am I complaining? ;-).
No talk of budgets for next year. No definition of assignment.
Strange grunting about a 5th quarter. Warnings on the radio about
digital's earnings. 10K layoffs reported in various rags. Every corner
has a huttle chattering like convicts "they can't base it on
performance this time, all that's left is good performers". "yeah I
hear now its gonna be length of stay". "Tommy got popped..he has 28
years!".
The silence is loud. We hear about more and more VPs, yet we hear
nothing from them, really, regarding vision...direction. We're the
performers, the loyal best. We're proud and talented and wondering.
People are leaving, being pushed. Some leave on their own and wave and
wink...not realizing they were pushed too, the object of other's
winking.
The silence is loud. Some one should say someting. Unless it's true
that the leaving and the winking is planned.

Sooooo.....anyone got an idea of what the New Digital is going to be.
