There are an assortment of folks here at ZKO that analyze system dumps,
and there are many reasons for system crashes.
These dumps are usually logged via IPMT or QAR problem reports, a
preliminary dump analysis is performed by the on-duty coroner, and the
dump is then dispatched to one of the (hopefully) relevent OpenVMS
engineer(s) responsible for maintaining the failing component(s).

support engineer for LAT.
My problem manager is Steve Woodard (STAR::WOODARD), he handles IPMTs
for LAT.

| What? Mr. LAT is gone? That is a real loss to the company. I worked with Mike
when I did a little support on TSM. He was a very sharp guy. It's no surprise to
hear someone with a demanding application missing his expertise.
