I am looking for resources, within Digital, to write a very simple animated 
demo that can be distributed as an exectable to run under Windows.

If we cannot find a group or individual, I'll be looking for pointers outside
of Digital.

If you decide to consider an external resource, and depending on what you
mean by an animated demo, you may want to consider the multimedia development
capability that Global Knowledge Network has.

Global Knowledge Network is a new company formed from Digital's Learning
Services.  I work for the Multimedia Team based in Reading UK.

    I know of an animator that is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of
    Design that may be able to do this for you.  He's local (Marlboro,
    Mass) and quote good:
