| The moderators may be able to identify specific notes and contacts,
but there have been several offerings in this conference by folks
ordering T-shirts, turtlenecks, and long sleeved shirts with logos
from Lands End. They have the logo, and just needed to meet a
minimum order quantity. The notes were asking other employees to
participate.

| Who is "we"? Digital, as a corporation, does not sell logo clothing, etc.
Some local sites offer such for sale. You might be able to convince someone
at one of these sites to list what they have available and offer to mail
you merchandise.

| At most sites this is now handled entirely by volunteers. I know this is
the case at ZKO.
The people who:
o Develop the artwork
o Seek out shirt vendors
o Find screen printers and embroiderers
o Negotiate with vendors such as Water Country, General Cinema, Canad,
Sony Theaters, Boston Entertainment, Disney World...
o Deal with the cafeteria operator (who owns the cafeteria store)
...are software engineers, secretaries, tech writers, and so forth. In
most cases, doing the things listed above stretches the concept of "spare
time" and much is done at home. Running an L.L. Bean on top of this would
be over the top, unfortunately.
Visit a site store; if you like something you see, buy it, or seek out
a local Employee Activities Committee volunteer, and see if it's
possible to buy an item in quantity (if that's what you need).

I'd love to.
Unfortunately, the closest site store is a couple thousand miles away!
That's a bit far to streach a lunch hour!
Is there any way for those of us who don't have a store available to us
to buy this kind of stuff?
