4415.0. "Syncronous Graphics DRAM - SGRAM" by PASTA::CAMPOS () Fri Feb 09 1996 11:48

  Sorry for the location of this note but DRAM conferece is --- Off line?

     Anyway, is there anyone out there using SGRAM? I ordered $13.2K of SGRAM
   from Samsung in December 95 - The project it was destined for was cancelled
   and Samsung will not take it back. It's only 330 pieces and at $13.2K I would
   like to see the parts get used!~ The parts are still sealed from the vendor -

     Vendor part number - KM4132G271Q-12 -
     SGRAM 256Kx32, 12ns, and in a 100 PQFP package, total 330 parts.

     Failing anyone who can use them internally to Digital, any other ideas how
     to recoup the loss by selling these outside. Let me add Legally, this is
     HLO you know! ;)

     Thank you,

      Paul

    I think most of the hardware engineers monitor RICKS::DECHIPS. Do you
    want to sell these outside the Company? If so, is the price of $40
    per chip negotiable?
